Mission-critical fulfillment control tower orchestrating high-throughput logistics across 49 enterprise sites globally.
Operating a global supply chain across 7 countries introduces severe bottlenecks in data synchronization, inventory visibility, and cross-border labor management. Legacy systems suffered from high latency, disjointed telemetry, and an inability to dynamically re-route workflows during localized disruptions, resulting in millions of dollars in stranded operational expenditure.
FlowAI acts as the central nervous system for fulfillment operations. We designed an event-driven architecture that ingests millions of telemetry events daily across 25+ logistics modules (inbound processing, inventory reconciliation, safety audits). The platform leverages predictive machine learning models to forecast bottleneck probabilities and automatically suggest workflow reroutes to site leads, reducing latency in decision-making from hours to milliseconds.
The core architecture is built for extreme fault tolerance. A Node.js/GraphQL API Gateway aggregates data from disparate regional databases, caching aggressively via Redis to ensure sub-100ms P99 load times globally. The Next.js frontend is heavily optimized with server-side rendering and optimistic UI updates, ensuring that ground-level associates and operational directors experience zero perceived latency. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is tightly integrated at the edge, enforcing strict regional data sovereignty and compliance requirements.
